Agreement
By creating an account or using MELAPORA, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The application is an early-stage preview and functionality may change.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Business account users are responsible for the data they add.
Permitted use
Use the platform to manage lawful business enquiries, reminders and communications. Do not use it to scrape contact lists, impersonate others, send spam, harass people, or violate rights.
Contact data and consent
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent or other lawful authorisation to collect, upload and use personal information and for honouring opt-outs. MELAPORA does not grant permission to message someone simply because their number is in the system.
Message delivery
Current message tools prepare drafts or open external apps; they do not promise automatic delivery. Future automated integrations may require separate approval, usage charges and provider policies.
Service availability
The service is provided as a developing product. We do not promise continuous uptime, uninterrupted third-party integrations or particular sales results.
Intellectual property
MELAPORA software and branding belong to the applicable rights holders. Users retain rights to their lawful business content and grant only the permissions needed to operate the service.
Billing and cancellations
There is no live subscription billing currently. When payments are activated, the checkout and Subscription Policy will govern pricing, mandate authorisation, renewals and cancellation.
Liability and law
Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability terms and governing-law provisions must be reviewed and finalised by qualified Indian counsel before live paid launch.
